Position Overview: As an RV Salesperson is responsible for selling RV’s to customers. You will assist potential buyers in selecting the right RV based on their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services for them
  • Effectively utilize our CRM and DMS system to improve the customer experience
  • Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

 Requirements:

  • Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, even in high-stress situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  •    Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts
  • 1-3 years’ sales experience, ideally within our industry
  • Ability to work in a team environment and help other team members
  • Strong negotiation and time management skills                        
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
