Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a Russian Speaking Lawyer to join our team in Limassol.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Drafting and/or reviewing sale agreements, services agreements, management and/or rental agreements, power of attorneys and any other legal documents.
- Handling and/or coordinating with external advisors about various corporate issues.
- Undertaking filing, scanning, electronic filing and any other organization task.
- Participating in meetings and having ongoing communication with clients, banks, and other relevant authorities.
- Communicating with clients for the sales process, vat procedures and other relevant procedure
- Undertaking any other legal administrative responsibilities, according to the needs of the Group
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certification or coursework in Legal Studies, Compliance, or Corporate Governance will be considered an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory; knowledge of Greek is considered as an advantage.
- High level of stress resistance and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Teamwork-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
