Join the CrowdGen team as an Independent Contractor for Project Landmeen. We are looking for skilled Machine Translation Evaluation Specialists to collaborate with our client in improving their cutting-edge audio and text machine translation engine across diverse language pairs. As an evaluator, you will analyze and assess pairs of audio segments, focusing on translation quality in terms of:
- Accuracy: The fidelity of the translated content.
- Prosodic Similarity: The natural rhythm and intonation in speech.
- Voice Similarity: The alignment between speaker characteristics in the original and translated versions.
- Audio Quality: The overall clarity and usability of the translated output.
Your evaluations and expert feedback will directly contribute to refining machine translation systems, ensuring they meet rigorous quality and usability standards.
Requirements:
- Must be native speaker of Russian.
- At least 2 years of professional translation experience.
- Certification or extensive experience as a translator.
- A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in machine translation evaluation is a plus.
