The Position
As a Rump - Up Project Manager / Pharmaceutical Production in Operational Standards, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders from our global aseptic production team.
  • Facilitating meetings and workshops of international working groups.
  • Maintaining the list of open items and providing overviews on open item status.
  • Conducting data analysis on KPIs and other sources during the Ramp-Up period.
  • Providing input on particular topics for further development of solutions on the basis of your experience and knowledge.


Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following:

  • An academic degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, any Business-related bachelor field, or any other relevant field combined with a passion for engaging with larger groups in the role of facilitator or;
  • A technician background with at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in production, maintenance, or project management field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working within aseptic manufacturing within Pharma, preferably on shopfloor.
  • Experience with lean principles and tools will be highly advantageous.
  • Experience with collaborative Software (Miro, Visio) will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of data processing and storage in data lakes will be advantageous.


As an ideal candidate for this role, you can communicate fluently in English, both in written and spoken form. On a personal level you are empathic, motivating and can easily connect with people at all levels of the organization as you see yourself as a team player with great ability to build strong working relations and take charge of a group.
As a person, you have good communication skills including the ability to target your communication in alignment with other areas to a broad set of stakeholders at all organizational levels. Furthermore, you are structured, organized and have a keen eye for holistic overviews.
