Job Profile Summary - To provide support to the claims staff and to perform other office tasks depending on the client program.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To provide support to the claims staff and to perform other office tasks depending on the client program.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sets up and enters new claims into claims management system.

• Process WC/GL claims and other allied support for Leading Insurance TPA

• Inputs and reviews notes/diaries in claims management system as instructed.

• Processes payments.

• Processes mail; handles filing, faxing, and photocopying.

• Reviews, prepares, creates, and/or sends letters, reports, and forms.

• Other activities/projects as assigned including the preparation and distribution of computer reports.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Knowledge of BPO/KPO Industry and General Insurance/Workers Compensation Domain.

• Must be capable of responding to client correspondence/queries

• Go getter and ability to learn faster.

• Should have eye for detail with a good analytical skill.

• Flexible, highly motivated & Team player.

• Ability to work under pressure while delivering desired results.

• Must be willing to work in US time zone (evening Shift).

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Graduate – Preferred Gradation (B.Com / BBM / BBA/ B.Sc)

Experience

Minimum Six (6) Years of clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
