Develop and maintain enterprise Java applications across the full SDLC, including coding, testing, debugging, deployment, migration, and support. Build Spring Boot microservices, REST/SOAP integrations, Angular interfaces, and IBM ODM/BAW solutions. Manage Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, WebSphere, Liberty, PL/SQL migrations, OpenText CMS integrations, accessibility compliance, and public-sector permitting platforms.
