Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
Must Haves:
- PeopleSoft
System Development and Tools Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience
of PeopleSoft system development and tools including , including
Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface,
Integration Broker, SQR, and BI Publisher.
- Familiarity
with Fluid UI development: configuring navigation, tiles, dashboards,
Activity Guides, and managing role-based security
Highly Preferred:
- Focus
on modules Absence Management, Time & labour as well as Benefit and
payroll; Knowledge of PeopleSoft security, workflow, and tools such as
PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, and Data Mover.
Skill Set Requirements:
Peoplesoft HCM Knowledge and Integration:
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM operating systems, delivered
application functionality, configurations and packaged application integration,
focus on modules Absence Management, Time & labour as well as Benefit and
payroll
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft security, workflow, and tools such
as PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, and Data Mover.
PeopleSoft System Development and Tools Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge and experience of PeopleSoft system
development and tools including , including Application Designer, PeopleCode,
Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, and BI
Publisher;
- Familiarity with Fluid UI development: configuring
navigation, tiles, dashboards, Activity Guides, and managing role-based
security, Ability to develop new systems or systems modifications and evaluate
and recommend acquisition of applications, experience to develop Linux script
an asset
Oracle Database Management Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Oracle database management systems and
application database administratio
Testing and Technical Support Experience:
- Experience of unit test, supporting system integration and
user acceptance testing from technical perspectives, technical spec,
walkthrough unit test results with testers and clients
Analytical and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making
skills; organizational, creativity and perseverance skills; verbal and written
communication skills; and interpersonal skills, team player to work effectively
with colleagues system analysts and clients
Skills Required
