Responsibilities:
- Defines the structure and relationship among solutions, including the identification of re-usable components, quality level metrics, the organization and layering of software, and the determination of interfaces.
- Responsibilities also include developing, implementing and managing solutions in a large and distributed environment, monitor the whole system, understand all interactions between components on a given level of abstraction, as well as to define limitations and requirements for source code.
- Defines the interactions between application packages, databases and middleware systems.
- Develops enterprise architecture deliverables and documentation.
- Supports the procurement of card production and image capturing services.
- Guides project through Enterprise Architecture Governance, providing technical oversight and guidance.
- Assisting with Discovery Phase work for One-Card and digital credentials. This includes contributing technical expertise to feasibility studies, options analysis, and costing.

Requirements
· Defines, identifies and describes technical and information architectural requirements with clients, and obtains I&IT management approval.
