Senior Database Administrator responsible for physical database design and full DBMS lifecycle: installation, migration, configuration, performance tuning, capacity planning, backup/recovery, security, and monitoring. Supports on-prem and cloud (Azure/OCI), Oracle and SQL Server environments, PL/SQL ETL development, RAC/GoldenGate/Data Guard, and coordinates incident/change/configuration management and vendor support.

- Experience with performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning
- Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
- Experience monitoring and enforcing database rules, policies, and standards
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management processes (e.g., ITIL practices)
- Experience with database security, access control, and data integrity management
- Basic understanding of communication protocols and networking concepts relevant to databases
