SUMMARY: BankUnited is seeking an experienced Automation Developer who can support our growing AI, ML, and automation processes. This role would implement processes ideal for automation with an emphasis on reducing repetitive tasks, increasing accuracy, and speeding up processes. In addition, they will be responsible for certain RPA Production Support issues that arise. We expect this role to be comfortable with Automation Monitoring and modern RPA development practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
- Production Support for time sensitive automations. Responsible for monitoring automations, timely and effective troubleshooting. Maintain line of sight into repetitive issues and reconfigure code as needed to bring down number of incidents in production.
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UIPath. Must be comfortable integrating automations with APIs and other solutions.
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
- Support discovery and engineering of technical requirements working in close collaboration with the product owner and business users
- Work closely with the Software Architect, Business Analyst, Developers and other technical team members, government stakeholders, and subject matter experts in developing solutions on the UiPath platform
- Analyze business problems, design technology solutions to these problems and manage the solution through the full life cycle
- Ability to Design & Develop UiPath solutions and create reusable components, frameworks, and libraries
- Works in collaboration with projects teams to develop, test, Integrate, implement, and support solutions using RPA platforms
- Be knowledgeable and able to execute in agile development environment
- Experience with databases and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Work independently or under general supervision
- Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
- Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
- Identifies and reports suspicious activity.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree Technology, Business, mathematics, computer science, information systems, or other related discipline from an accredited college, university, or academic institution in the United States required
EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 Years Experience with UiPath required
- 2-3 Years Experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, Net preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- UiPath RPA Developer Certification is a preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- UiPath Certified Professional
- Automation Developer Professional certification preferred
- Must have a keen inclination towards learning automation tools such as UIPath and Mulesoft.
- Must have a programming background and knowledge of basic data analytics
