Rotation Summary

The Rotation Program at IGS is a two-year experience for recent graduates to rotate through various departments of our organization. The program is designed for those interested in challenging, rewarding career growth in a fast-paced, consumer-oriented environment. The goal of the program is to provide meaningful experiences to accelerate your career path at IGS while discovering your passions. You will bring your talents, drive, and enthusiasm to provide value and achieve business objectives as defined by the program management team.

During your 12-week rotations through various departments, you will have opportunities to:

• Build and develop skills through a combination of experiential learning, formal and informal mentorships, and business applications training that will enhance critical thinking and leadership skills while contributing to IGS’s core business.

• Build relationships through exposure to a variety of functional departments, project work, and leadership within IGS.

• Develop professional and peer networks to support your overall experience and development

• Leverage and integrate learning experiences throughout the program to make innovative and meaningful contributions across the organization.

The two-year program consists of 12-week rotations. You will receive support from your business leaders and the program manager to ensure you are building your IGS knowledge, network, and contributing to meaningful work. Upon successfully completing the program you will be placed in a regular position within the organization. Placement will depend on your interests, talents, and performance, as well as IGS’s business needs.

Core Rotations:

The core rotations are designed to give you a deeper understanding of key business areas of IGS while allowing you to explore your interests and passions. The core functions include:

• Residential: Develop an understanding of our main product lines and customer base.

• Commercial & Industrial: Develop an understanding of the core functions of our commercial and industrial team including sales reporting and product pricing for large customers.

• Solar: Develop an understanding of how solar works and our initiatives from a commercial and residential perspective.

• Supply: Develop an understanding of the basics of scheduling, utility operations, pipeline operations, and pricing.

• Strategy Management: Execute the corporate strategy through project coordination and documentation.

• IGS Labs: Gain insight into the fundamental stages of IGS’s new initiatives.

Non-Core Rotations:

Depending on your education and interests, additional rotations may include:

• Finance

• Marketing

• Social Impact

• Legal and Regulatory

Required Skills:

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, MIS, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, Logistics, Economics, or related field

• Experience using Microsoft products

Salary Range:

$48,620.00 - $77,790.00

*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.

This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
