· Support the installation of Huawei DWDM systems (10g, 100g, 400g) and ensure the systems are operating correctly.
· Install, test, and maintain 1800, 6800, 8800, and 9800 model systems.
· Work on a shift schedule (00:00-06:00) for 4 nights a week.
· Communicate effectively with subcontractor teams and clients on-site, managing field operations.
· Perform fault detection, analyze issues, and implement solution-oriented approaches.
· Stay updated with the latest developments in optical network technologies.
· Read and interpret technical documents (HLD/LLD) and incorporate them into operations when necessary.
Requirements
· Experience with Huawei DWDM systems (10g, 100g, 400g).
· Expertise in the installation and maintenance of 1800, 6800, 8800, 9800 models.
· Experience in fieldwork and coordinating with subcontractors.
· Ability to read and understand HLD and LLD documentation.
· Stay up-to-date with emerging optical network technologies.
· Experience in fault tracking and resolution.
· Good command of English.
· Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
· Flexibility to work night shifts.
· At least 2 years experience on similar roles.
