RevoRoute Robotics is a Minnesota-based robotics company looking for a smart, teachable, tech-savvy person to help support the technical and operational side of the business.
This role is ideal for someone who likes learning systems, solving problems, working hands-on with technology, staying organized, and figuring things out fast. You will work closely with leadership and play a real role in deployments, support, setup, troubleshooting, and internal operations.
This is a robotics-first role. Experience with social media, content, or website updates is a bonus, but not the main focus.
What you’ll help with
- Learn our robot platforms, software tools, and deployment processes
- Assist with robot setup, mapping, route configuration, and testing
- Help with troubleshooting, issue tracking, and technical follow-through
- Support demos, installs, delivery prep, and customer onboarding
- Help organize internal systems, workflows, and technical documentation
- Assist with software updates, platform management, and operational checklists
- Help spot problems early and keep projects moving
- Support customer success by helping deployments run smoothly

- Experience in IT support, field support, AV, facilities tech, operations, or similar hands-on environments
- Experience working in a small business, startup, or fast-moving team

- Website updates or basic website editing
- Content creation
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Squarespace, CapCut, or similar platforms
You do not need experience in everything listed above. We care a lot about intelligence, work ethic, coachability, problem-solving, and the ability to learn fast.
