Looking for hands-on work alongside your studies? Join our Stockholm Factory and help teach robots to assemble products. You’ll guide their movements using teleoperation equipment and record demonstrations that our engineers use to train robot models.
No previous robotics experience is needed. We’ll show you how to use the equipment and work safely.
What you’ll doGuide robot arms as they pick up parts, move them and put them together.
Repeat tasks carefully to capture clear, consistent training data.
Prepare parts and reset the workstation between sessions.
Review recordings and flag anything that didn’t work as expected.
Work with our engineers to make each demonstration better.
You’re curious about robotics, patient with repeated tasks and attentive to detail. You enjoy learning new controls, following a process and giving useful feedback. Studies in engineering, design, computer science or a related subject can help, but curiosity and care matter more than a particular degree.
The practical detailsPart-time, paid by the hour.
On-site at the Stockholm Factory, MagasinX, Tullvaktsvägen 9.
Shifts planned together with the team.
Hands-on training and support from our robotics engineers.
Tell us why you’re interested and share something you’re proud of. A student project, something you’ve built or a skill you’ve taught yourself is a great place to start. Please also mention your availability.

What We Do
120ft Factory is a Swedish manufacturing startup developing autonomous local micro-factories powered by Physical AI. Its Factory-as-a-Service approach uses containerised production cells and humanoid robots for flexible, high-mix, low-volume assembly. The company is building Factory OS and robotic systems to help manufacturing SMEs automate complex assembly, bring production closer to customers, and reduce dependence on rigid global supply chains through locally operated production facilities.
