About the team + role

The Business Systems Team at Robinhood is committed to empowering our employees by delivering flexible, scalable, and resilient solutions across Finance, Compliance, Legal, and People operations. We drive innovation and automation that enhances critical business functions.

We integrate ERP and business applications to support data-driven decision-making, strategic growth, and continuous improvement. Our Business Systems team focuses on enabling a productive and reliable experience for partners.

What you’ll do

  • Design and build enhancements and features for business applications, including ERP systems, to support finance, compliance, and HR operations.

  • Work with the team to improve the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of business applications, ensuring they meet both immediate and long-term business goals.

  • Support data-driven decision-making by helping maintain accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across financial systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system improvements, ensuring a seamless and predictable user experience.

  • Help in the testing, documentation, and rollout of new application features and system enhancements, ensuring system safety and resiliency.

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with an expected graduation date in Winter 2025/Spring 2026.

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language and knowledge of database management

  • Basic understanding of business systems and experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, Coupa) is a plus.

  • Adaptability & Initiative: Proactively takes on tasks and adapts to changing challenges with a solution-oriented approach. Shows eager to learn and tackle new tools or issues.

  • Passion for Technology: Enthusiastic about business systems and using technology to solve real-world challenges.

  • Organizational Skills: Efficient at multitasking, meeting deadlines, and delivering precise, high-quality results.
