About the team + role

The Corporate Strategy team collaborates across all functions to drive Robinhood’s growth and success. We are seeking a creative, self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can navigate ambiguity while working cross-functionally. As an intern, you will support initiatives in New Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Competitive Benchmarking, and Partnerships.

Our team evaluates and builds new business opportunities while executing strategic projects that align with Robinhood’s objectives. We use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and lead high-impact, cross-functional projects. Our work involves shaping go-to-market strategies and developing strategic partnerships that drive product launches and adoption. We are a team of curious, humble, and analytical individuals with a strong bias toward action and impact.

What you’ll do

• Lead strategic initiatives on company's medium-to-long term roadmap, focusing on accelerating timelines and growth via strategic partnerships.

• Drive strategic assessments and uncover partnership opportunities that can fast-track product innovation and adoption.

• Perform robust financial analysis, including ROI and P&L impact assessments, to support the prioritization of key initiatives and showcase their value to leadership.

• Understand product requirements and audiences to identify inorganic growth opportunities and develop go-to-market proposals.

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program with an expected graduation date in Winter 2025 or Spring 2026.

• Prior experience in Strategy, Business Development, Partnerships, Product, private equity, venture, or a similar cross-functional role within a tech company

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and/or SQL.

• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• A proactive, motivated individual with an interest in accelerating growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
