The role as a Wholesale Roaming Business Analyst is a central role for the delivery of Wholesale Roaming in Telenor Group and for the Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) connected.
Your Role:
As a Roaming Business Analyst, you will support our end-2-end process of roaming with specific and in-depth analysis of specific topics for international roaming e.g. identification and measurement of permanent roaming, IoT roaming, sponsored roaming, travel eSIM, device types, travel patterns, roaming quality measurements and benchmarks etc. for both inbound and outbound roaming scenarios. The role will also have an operational responsibility to follow up on the delivery and customer experience of the roaming. The work is led and prioritized from the Roaming Product team, and your primary stakeholders will be to support our Product Managers, Business Managers and Roaming Negotiators.
Your responsibilities will include:

Driving the analysis roadmap for roaming. Identify and prioritize analysis scenarios in close collaboration with the key stakeholders.

Reporting of analysis results and findings.

Establish and maintain a monthly roaming performance reporting (“key roaming metrics”).

Develop methods, routines and processes in addition to relevant system support to optimize the business.

Provide guidance and support to the teams in the end-2-end roaming process in Telenor Linx.
What You Bring:
-
Minimum Upper secondary school, preferably university degree with focus on computer science, economy or similar.

Experience from working with telecommunication services (technical and/or commercial), or experience from a similar industry.

Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets, and capability to draw conclusions from the data.

A track record from working with producing presentable material/output from analysis.

Familiarity with virtual international teams and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
