Family Pillars Homecare is hiring Registered Nurses and/or LPN Nurses with IV Certification ASAP in Clewiston, Florida 33440
NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform skilled nursing 12hr shifts for wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments
Visits and hourly shifts available.
Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support
Monitor and document patient condition and progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA
Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
Pay rate: $38.00/hr and up for hourly shifts based on the patient care plans..
Pay rates vary and are based on the patient care plans and always confirmed at the time of scheduling.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE VALID RN OR LPN FLORIDA NURSING LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE.
MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.
MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.
MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS) .
MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA.
MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.

Skills Required
- Valid Florida RN or LPN nursing license, or compact license
- Valid Basic Life Support card
- Florida-required continuing education units
- Physical health form completed within the last six months
- Negative TB skin test, chest X-ray, or Quantiferon-TB Gold blood test results
- Level 2 background clearance to verify in AHCA
- Clear spoken English
- Good driving record
- Reliable transportation and proof of car insurance
- IV certification
