Responsibilities:
- Provides patient care within the scope of practice for the Registered Nurse
- Demonstrates competence in patient care skills within the scope of practice for the Registered Nurse, including patient assessment, assisting with exams and procedures, administering medications, and patient education
- Establish an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, implement, and evaluate an individualized care plan.
- Processes orders, returns patient calls, and notifies of diagnostic results as directed by the physician.
- Appropriately document care provided in the patient's medical record.
Qualifications:
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Licensed Registered Nurse, licensed in the appropriate state in good standing, Required or ability to obtain a Registered Nurse License in the appropriate state
- A minimum experience of one year experience in the medical field as an RN is preferred but not required.
- Specialty care experience is a plus.

Skills Required
