Mary Wade is seeking RN Supervisor for our Skilled Nursing Unit.
- Full-Time & Part-Time & Per-Diem: All shifts including every other weekend
Available Shifts:
- 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
Hourly Rate Range: $50.00 to $55.00
Shift Differentials:
- 7am to 3pm: Mondays to Fridays: $0
- 7am to 3pm: Saturdays and Sundays: $2.50
- 3pm to 11pm Mondays to Fridays: $2.00
- 3pm to 11pm Saturdays and Sundays: $3.25
- 11pm to 7am: Mondays to Fridays: $2.00
- 11pm to 7am: Saturdays and Sundays: $3.50
Ability to be On-Call on Weekends is required. The On-Call rotation is shared with other nurses

Responsibilities:
To be our Nursing Supervisor you must be able to handle the following:
- Act as RN on duty for skilled nursing and the residential care home
- Supervise, direct and assist skilled nursing staff with support from charge nurses
- Ensure high quality of care both clinical and non-clinical for Long Term Care and Short Term Rehab residents
- Keep Director of Clinical Services and Administrator advised as appropriate
- Coordinate and complete paperwork with attention to detail
- Handle admission of new residents
- Ability to be flexible with schedule due to needs of the home
- Long Term experience preferred but not required
- Nurse with current CT RN license in good standing
- Must possess strong nursing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Electronic Medical Records experience
- Supervisor skills including teaching, coaching, holding accountable
- Detail oriented
- Quick to advise Administrator/DNS as needed
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Foster strong working relationships will all staff
- Communicate clearly with resident, family and staff

Skills Required
