Requirements
- Must be a NYS Licensed RN in good standings
- Minimum 2 years long term care experience
- Serve as the leader of a team of nursing professionals including RN’s, LPN's & CNA's
- Will work closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure our facility maintains our high standards of person centered care.
- Previous leadership experience a must

Skills Required
- NYS Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing
- Minimum 2 years long-term care experience
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience
- Ability to lead a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Work collaboratively with Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to maintain care standards
