What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and oversee the interdisciplinary MDS assessment and care planning process
- Ensure timely and accurate completion and transmission of MDS assessments
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and Medicare regulations
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support quality outcomes
- Monitor assessment timelines and address changes in resident condition
- Support documentation accuracy and reimbursement integrity
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (unencumbered) required
- Minimum 1 year of recent MDS nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high-quality resident care
