NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments
12hr Day and Night shifts are available
Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support
Monitor and document patient condition and progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA
Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
We pay W2 Employee or 1099 allowed. (1099 requires Liability Insurance).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE VALID RN OR LPN FLORIDA NURSING LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE.
MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.
MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.
MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS) .
MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA.
MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.

Skills Required
- Valid RN or LPN Florida nursing license or compact license
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) card
- Florida required CEUs
- Physical health form within the last 6 months
- Negative TB test results, chest x-ray, or Quantiferon-TB Gold (QFT-Plus)
- Level 2 background clearance to verify in ACHA
- Ability to speak English clearly
- Good driving record
- Reliable transportation and proof of car insurance
- Liability insurance (required only for 1099 contractors)
- Professionalism and punctuality
