We’re looking for a Skilled Home Health Nurse (RN) who wants more than a task list—you want connection, autonomy, and the chance to truly impact lives, one home at a time.
What You’ll Do (Beyond the Basics):
You won’t just “visit patients”—you’ll become a trusted part of their care journey.
- Step into patients’ homes and deliver personalized, high-quality nursing care
- Perform assessments that look beyond symptoms to the whole person
- Provide hands-on skilled care: wound care, medication management, chronic disease support
- Teach, guide, and support patients and families with confidence and compassion
- Notice the small changes that make a big difference
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team that has your back
- Document your care with accuracy and purpose, helping shape better outcomes
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Active RN license in Maine
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health is a plus, but heart matters just as much)
- Confidence working independently—with strong judgment and critical thinking
- A natural communicator who builds trust easily
- A reliable vehicle and readiness to travel locally
