The RMA Administrator oversees and coordinates all activities related to product returns. They ensure returned items are documented properly, evaluated accurately, and processed efficiently — whether they’re being repaired, replaced, refunded, or sent back to vendors.
This role sits at the intersection of customer service, logistics, warehouse operations, and vendor management, making sure the full return cycle runs smoothly and meets company policies.
Roles and Responsibilites:- Maintain strong working relationships with customers and team.
- Maintain expertise on warranty and insurance guidelines of the products sold by Netsync.
- Facilitate troubleshooting and product handling of exchange (RMA) support requests.
- Customer, Partner/Vendor and cross-department relationship management.
- Manage and update support and RMA cases in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems.
- Assist in continual improvement to further streamline and automate existing processes and procedures.
- Upkeep of work area.
- Assist with break-fix and administrative tasks.
- Continued technical education.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Some IT industry experience and or education in network and/or end user support.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong attention to detail.

High School diploma or equivalent, some form of higher education and/or technical certifications.
