High Net Worth includes the discretionary fund management business, Quilter Cheviot, together with Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning.

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative individual to join our Affluent Risk team.
This pivotal role within the Risk function supports the Head of Prudential Risk in a small, fast-paced team focused on both Quilter’s businesses and the Group . You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across the business and work closely with Risk and Compliance colleagues, gaining exposure to all areas of the Quilter business.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing support and challenge with a focus on ensuring risk is an integral part of the business in line with the Quilter Risk Management Framework.
Drafting risk disclosures for inclusion in the Group and business level annual report and accounts and prudential risk disclosures.
Supporting the oversight of credit, market and liquidity risks across the Group.
Supporting the collation of risk and control management information used as inputs into risk scenario development.
Supporting the Head of Prudential Risk in the development of risk scenarios, stress tests, recovery plans and wind-down plans.
Supporting the drafting of component reports for the Internal Capital Adequacy and Risk Assessment (ICARA) process.
Supporting the drafting of component reports for the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process.
Reviewing changes to prudential risk regulatory requirements and advising on developments required to meet these changes.
Supporting the maintenance of the team’s profile and build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
The Successful candidate:
Experience in financial risk management within a financial services company.
Experience within the wealth management industry preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
Ability to work well in a small, collaborative team.
Strong stakeholder management & relationship building skills.
