As a Risk Manager you will be the responsible person for the Risk Management function of the FxPro Group. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and conducting risk assessments, while also having excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an integrated framework for the Firm-wide Risk Management Process
  
• Consult the board and senior management to correctly access the Company's risk appetite and risk tolerance
  
• Build a risk aware culture within the organization
  
• Collaborate with Business units to identify and document risks in all areas and levels of the organization
  
• Categorize and group risks
  
• Estimate realizing probabilities and potential impact
  
• Select and implement measures to eliminate or modify undesired risks
  
• Create and maintain a risk register with all risk details, treatment and residual risk estimates
  
• Conduct stress-tests to assess the Company's sensitivity to extreme events
  
• Prepare risk reports for the senior management and Board, including the annual Risk Management report
• Monitor and review the Risk Management Process
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a manager of risk in either the profession or in an internal function
• The ability to think both logically and also non-conventionally when assessing risks and impacts
• Ability to interact at all levels of our business and especially up to and including our Group Executives
• An interest in and/or an understanding of technology. There is no expectation that you will be from an IT background or need to have deep understanding of technology but there is a heavy use of multiple different technologies which reflect in the risks our app face
• Experience with risks assessment in similar field as fintech
• Experience in PwC, EY, etc considered as an advantage
