The Product Security Compliance and Risk Manager function within Development and Engineering assesses products and drives the implementation of solutions through technical advice.
Role and responsibilities
As a Compliance and Risk Manager, you’re working closely together with a team of peers and subject matter experts that support product development through clear compliance and risk reporting and through offering support on solutions. Understanding the implications of security regulations and industry standards on our product design is key to this role. Typical responsibilities are:
- Assessing & reporting product security risk
- Assessing & reporting product security compliance
- Consultancy on solutions that address security gaps
- Support the maintenance and further development of the product security framework
Education and experience
Background (BSc/MSc or equivalent experience) in Cyber security, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent through education and or training. In-depth knowledge of- & experience in- multiple of the topics listed below:
- >5 years experience in regulatory compliance & risk in the domain of (product) security
- Product Security design and security controls
- Systematic methodologies for software- and/or product architecture
- Regulatory compliance references in the security domain such as RED2, CRA and NIS2
- Compliance standards in security domain, such as NIST, CIS, ISO 27000 series or SEMI E187/E188, IEC 62443

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
