Job Title: Risk Management Specialist
Location: Pleasanton, CA

Job Description
The Technology Risk Management Specialist will work closely will coordinate and manage all aspects of the development of technology risk management strategy, framework and methodology. The person should have expertise and experience in risk management, IT compliance, security and privacy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop technology risk management strategy and methodologies using descriptive and predictive models including statistical modeling.
• Collaborate with risk management units to ensure the consistent socialization and adoption of technology risk management strategy and methodologies.
• Conduct technology risk analysis and deliver enterprise level risk reporting to executive leadership through the utilization of PowerPoint reports, a dashboard, or visualization reporting tools.
• Provide subject matter consultation to data analysts and management on how to interpretate and report on technology risk data
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, statistics, health management, or other related fields
• 10 years’ experience in IT risk management, cyber security, health IT, data analytics, or other related field
• Demonstrated in-depth understanding of risks and risk management and industry landscape in this area
• Demonstrated experience on working with cross functional and cross organizational teams
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise level reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5 years’ experience working in consulting, big 4 experience preferred
• Experience in statistic modeling
• Work related experience with Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), scorecards and dashboards
• Ability to synthesize complex data into user-friendly visual presentations
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written at different levels of the organization
• Clear track record of delivery and the ability to work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to timely and independently deliver with minimum supervision
