DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Collaborate with technology, data, and business teams on counterparty risk platforms, system enhancements, and implementation of strategic designs. Perform counterparty stress testing. Develop data analytic modules for counterparty credit exposures. Coordinate with modeling teams on model implementations and updates. Document gaps identified in monthly and quarterly production processes. Implement remediation actions to address technology and data gaps.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Financial Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Risk Management, Financial Analyst, Data Scientist, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Financial Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Risk Management, Financial Analyst, Data Scientist, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Analyzing large-scale financial datasets and identifying risk patterns using Python and SQL; Trading products across major asset classes, including interest rates, equities, credit derivatives, commodities, and FX derivatives; Conducting exposure variance analysis across time periods using Python and Tableau to identify key risk drivers of EAD and MPE change, including market movements, trade activity, and counterparty credit changes; Analyzing regulatory stress testing processes, including scenario-based exposure analysis, capital impact assessment, and documentation of assumptions and results; Manipulating large datasets, creating data frames, and conducting statistical calculations for exposure analysis and reporting using Tableau, Python, and SQL.

Skills Required
