The Risk Analyst intern assists the members of the Risk team by providing reporting and analysis support and excellent project management skills.
Primary Responsibilities:- Maintains and enhances the group’s existing risk infrastructure, data, and databases.
- Assists the team with research and reporting projects, as directed.
- Assists senior risk analysts with ad hoc and daily workflow across all investment strategies.
- Master’s student in Quantitative Finance including knowledge of Portfolio Theory.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Data Science background or strong experience using platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
- Experience using data visualization tools like Power BI is a big plus.
- Knowledge and experience using LLM’s is a big plus.
- Evidence of challenging curriculum and a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Motivated to learn about the asset management industry.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
