Risk Data Manager

Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Risk Data Manager to handle the collection, processing, and organization of raw business risk data into meaningful insights that can help enable business managers to make well-informed decisions for the organization.
Additional responsibilities include:

• Act as an administrator of the organization's risk, issue and opportunity information authoritative source of truth software tool, with responsibilities to organize and manage data configurations
• Interact with the software vendor for systems updates
• Import and export risk data between the government and integrated support contractors
• Coordinate, manage proposed requirements and updates for risk data
• Coordinate risk software users and administrator licenses
• Create, maintain risk reports and dashboard for senior level leadership
• Make recommendations for data flow and process improvements
• Provide dynamic business risk information reporting and visualizations combining schedule, cost, and performances information with current and historical risk data
• Work with management and customers to define short and long-term objectives as well as goals

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience (5 years of experience with a Master's degree)
• Previous experience with program and project requirements and processes
• Experience coordinating resources and directing projects in the right direction in a timely manner
• Manage change in a dynamic environment, leverage best practices, communicate effectively, and innovate through problem solving and can-do attitude
• Understanding of DoD/DOE acquisition process and must have current Secret security clearance (adjudicated within the past 6 years). The criteria for obtaining clearance is set by the US Government
• Pursuant to Government contract, this position requires US Citizenship status

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with Tableau, Active Risk Manager, Team Center and Share Point software and experience using Python language script
• Advanced Microsoft, Power Shell, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
• Ability to support various process improvement and solution implementation projects
• Strong organizational skills; create structure and direction, boosting productivity, and prioritizing tasks
• Innovator with continuous improvement mindset

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $92520 - $157320
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
