  • Design, adapt and optimise data models, extractions and reports (SQL, SAS).
  • Manage application changes end-to-end: impact analysis, specifications, coordination with provider teams, UAT and go‑live.
  • Provide advanced day‑to‑day support to users; investigate and resolve issues, escalating to provider or internal teams when necessary.
  • Ensure the quality, integrity and security of data used for risk and compliance reporting.

Profile

  • University degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a banking or financial services environment, ideally within Risk or Compliance.
  • Strong hands‑on skills in SQL and relational databases (writing and optimising queries, designing data models).
  • Practical experience with SAS for reporting and/or data processing; knowledge of SAS Asset & Liability Risk Management is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working with Windows Server and Linux environments.
  • Experience with IT service management and full software lifecycle.
  • Able to work independently, manage requests end‑to‑end and collaborate with distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French and or Italian is an asset.

  • Hands-on: Being proactive to rapidly deliver high-quality results.
  • Passionate: Being committed and striving for excellence.
  • Solution-driven: Focusing on client outcomes and treating clients fairly with a risk-aware mindset.
