What you’ll do:

You will interact with departments, management and compliance teams (group and subsidiaries);
-
Assist in executing the Annual Compliance Risk Assessments including identification of activity risks, planning, data collection etc;
-
Conducts assessments and validation activities to verify complex operational compliance, identify and evaluate gaps and manage exceptions to policy;
-
Aid in the enhancement of the existing risk assessment framework;
-
Regularly monitors the completeness of tasks/requests/obligatory training sent to all staff related to Declarations signing, Questionnaires and other monitoring request from stakeholders.

Quarterly reporting on the results of the controls performed;
-
Establish and maintain a broad knowledge of business and the regulatory framework;
-
Develop a process of tracking and monitoring the risk and compliance-related findings to ensure they are properly reflected in the risk assessment results.
What you’ll bring:

You have a Bachelor/master’s degree in economy, Mathematics, IT or relevant fields;
-
You have 1-3 years of experience in a financial services, corporate environment;
-
You must pay strong attention to detail;
-
You have a strong ability to deliver qualitative job on time;
-
Ability to work under tight deadlines;
-
Prone to multitasking;
-
Easily able to navigate and to adapt towards complex processes / ideas;
-
You have excellent skills in in Microsoft Office Tools – Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint;

You are proficient in English language/ Italian language is a plus.
