About the Position:
We are seeking a Training Specialist to deliver comprehensive learning solutions to internal
wealth management partners as part of our onboarding and support teams. The ideal
candidate will collaborate with management and subject matter experts to translate
business goals into actionable and effective training programs that support adoption,
performance, and organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive learning solutions to internal wealth management partners.
• Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to define business outcomes
and training objectives.
• Determine appropriate learning methodologies and development strategies.
• Develop detailed project plans and coordinate resources accordingly.
• Facilitate and deliver training and development programs in a dynamic, engaging manner.
• Maintain training program inventory and align deployment with business priorities.
• Represent the department at conferences and partner meetings.
Qualifications:
• Strong instructional design and organizational development skills.
• Proven experience training in Financial Services cloud applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 3+ years of full-time experience supporting software training teams.
• Experience with IT implementation projects involving large user bases.
• Skilled in creating training materials and participating in training development.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Experience in cloud-based learning or digital design is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience training or supporting IT implementations involving hundreds of users.
