Senior RF Test System Engineer – Aerospace & Defense

Our worldwide leader client builds custom RF test systems for aerospace and defense customers working on Radar, EW, SATCOM, and next-gen defense programs. They are looking for a senior, customer-facing engineer to lead design, integration, and deployment of these systems.
Our client has over 16,000 employees and locations in over 100 countries. This role is onsite in their engineering hub located just north of Denver, CO. A full relocation package is offered for candidates desiring to live in beautiful Colorado.

Responsibilities
- Lead design, integration, and deployment of custom RF test systems
- Architect automated test software, drivers, and interfaces
- Work directly with customers from requirements through delivery and support
- Represent engineering in design reviews, milestones, and pre-sales
- Travel occasionally to customer sites
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Test Engineering
- Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
- RF Test
- Vector Network Analyzers (VNA/PNA)
- Spectrum Analyzers
- Oscilloscopes
- Signal Generators
- Satellite Communications (SATCOM)
- BS in EE or related field, 8+ years relevant experience
- U.S. Citizenship, eligible for security clearance
Nice to Have
- Radar, EW, or microwave systems experience
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 8 or more years of relevant engineering experience
- Test engineering experience
- Automated Test Equipment experience
- RF test experience
- Experience with Vector Network Analyzers or PNA systems
- Experience with spectrum analyzers
- Experience with oscilloscopes
- Experience with signal generators
- Satellite communications experience
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or U.S. National status due to ITAR regulations
- Eligibility for a security clearance
- Radar, electronic warfare, or microwave systems experience
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
