We are looking for a high calibre HR professional to join our Rewards and Governance (R&G) team in the Group Human Resources Department. Key responsibilities and requirements of the position are summarized as follows:
Responsibilities
- Lead the review, development, and governance of rewards-related policies, ensuring robust implementation and effective ongoing administration across the organisation
- Administer the existing total rewards programmes/policies/communication documents effectively and liaise with various parties to ensure the programmes and related documentation are up-to-date and coherent
- Provide effective support in key annual processes (e.g., annual organizational performance review, annual pay review, individual performance review) and implementation independently
- Carry out HR analyses and research, and present findings in a clear and insightful manner for management reporting purposes or supporting the policy / programme review
- Oversee change requests from the team on HRIS/IT systems’ enhancement, liaise with relevant parties for enhancement, plan & perform necessary testing before acceptance and prepare guides or training, as appropriate, to relevant HR users
- Assist the R&G team for projects and initiatives as required
Requirements
- A recognized university degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- A minimum of 8 years’ relevant working experience; candidates with slightly less experience may consider as Assistant Manager
- Knowledge of HR related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment related ordinances and practices
- Prior experience with the Oracle system is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to numerical details
- Organised, detail-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure
- Good influencing skills and able to build good relationships with HR counterparts
- High proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
