The People Team is responsible for the development of Industry leading people strategies. It is a future-oriented function with a focus on attraction and engagement of the best talent to drive growth and innovation in the world of sports and technology.

Reporting to the Senior Director – Reward Partnering, you will be working as a cross functional Reward Partner supporting the business to deliver Total Rewards that are compliant, competitive, and aligned to Sportradar’s reward strategy.

This position will have a broad reward responsibility to support the business on reward matters, including compensation benchmarking for global locations, reward analytics to assist reward strategy, project management of reward initiatives, and partnering with key stakeholders globally.

THE CHALLENGE: 

  • Support the delivery of global reward programs, collaborating within the wider Rewards, People Systems & Insights team
  • Partner a variety of stakeholders, including People Partners, local People Advisors, Talent Acquisition, and business units
  • Utilise interpersonal, logical and technical skills to articulate complex reward topics to a wider audience at multiple levels and functions across the organization
  • Conduct job levelling and market benchmarking, identify trends, anomalies and opportunities using internal and external data
  • Build consistent and robust compensation packages and tools for new hires, promotions, and relocation's cases using our Global Mobility Framework
  • Bring value to People processes with fast and quality reward intelligence
  • Participate in the implementation of the annual reward cycle with exposure to merit reviews, bonus and equity plans, and sales incentive plans

YOUR PROFILE: 

  • Confident at building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships
  • Highly analytical and numeric, demonstrating logic, integrity, and discretion
  • Experience of working in an international environment, embracing cultural and individual differences and working across border in virtual teams
  • Able to navigate through resistance to change and conflict to achieve resolution, showing empathy and pragmatism
  • Understand the importance of linking reward strategy to organizational strategy

 

DESIRABLE SKILLS: 

  • Bachelor´s degree in HRM/Business Administration or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar reward role
  • Open to candidates with 3-5 years HR or Finance experience looking to specialise in rewards
  • Knowledge of Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, and Workday is an advantage
  • A solid understanding of pay transparency, job architecture, and global compensation practices
  • Experience with Global Mobility, Sales Incentive, Bonus, and Equity Plans

Additional Information

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
