We are looking for someone to provide support to us as we enter the year-end compensation process. This might include –
Supporting with data preparation for compensation review meetings
Assisting with analysing data received from external compensation surveys
Helping to maintain accurate records of employee compensation data
We are looking for someone who –
Is comfortable using excel e.g. core functions such as sum/average/vlookup/ countif, able to create and manipulate pivot tables (or other methods) to summarise data effectively. Ability to efficiently sort and filter large datasets to extract relevant information
Has good attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Has a willingness to learn.
