This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "Reviews You Have Written". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.

Accepted: At least 80 words, your genuine opinion, about something you actually used.
Pay$1.00 per accepted review. At a typical pace of about 4 minutes per review, that is about $15 per hour. A 20-minute session of about 5 reviews pays about $5.00. Up to 3 reviews. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid. Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).

Search "Reviews You Have Written", read the brief and follow the on-screen steps.
Submit. Accepted submissions are paid in the app.
