About AidKit

AidKit’s cutting-edge technology transforms complex cash assistance programs into streamlined, secure, and dignified experiences. By seamlessly connecting applicants to vital resources, we're making aid radically accessible for diverse populations—including unhoused and unbanked individuals. From simplifying benefits modernization projects for state agencies to standing up efficient disaster relief programs, AidKit helps its partners deliver aid with dignity.

We were our own first customer—AidKit started as a nonprofit initiative born from the need to support systematically excluded workers during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, AidKit provides the technology backbone for some of the nation's most innovative public safety net programs, having distributed hundreds of millions of dollars to people in need.

As we continue to grow rapidly, the opportunity for impact is immense. Apply to join our team if you're seeking meaningful, flexible, and impactful work.

What We Do

Accessing aid and public benefits shouldn’t be frustrating, inefficient, or dehumanizing—but too often, it is. Complex applications, long wait times, and unnecessary stigma create barriers that leave the most vulnerable behind while stretching administrative resources thin. At AidKit, we’re here to change that. Our mission is to make aid radically accessible, empowering individuals and families to get the support they need with dignity and ease—while improving efficiency for the organizations that serve them. Our innovative platform streamlines every step of aid administration, reducing overhead costs and saving time for nonprofits and governments. By automating complex processes and ensuring accuracy, we make programs faster and more efficient, allowing teams to focus on impact. At the same time, our robust security and fraud prevention measures ensure that support reaches only those who qualify. AidKit is more than a technology solution; it’s a vision for a future where delivering aid is as efficient as it is compassionate. Together, we’re building benefits programs that are cost-effective, impactful, and empowering for all.
