Job Title: Revenue/Marketing/Sales Operations Manager 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Revenue Operations & Strategy 

  • Oversee and optimize the revenue operations process, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. 
  • Collaborate with Finance and Data Analytics teams to support revenue forecasting and growth initiatives. 
  • Develop scalable systems and processes to enhance sales pipeline management, improve forecasting accuracy, and streamline workflows. 
  • Leverage data to provide actionable insights into revenue performance and opportunities for growth. 

Data Analytics & Reporting 

  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards to track key revenue and marketing metrics, ensuring accuracy and clarity. 
  • Solidify and document the data infrastructure to enable scalable attribution and measurement. 
  • Use advanced analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce reports, SQL, Excel) to interpret data and drive decision-making. 
  • Identify key touchpoints in the customer lifecycle to improve conversion rates and ROI. 

Systems Management & Automation 

  • Oversee and optimize the Salesforce CRM ecosystem, with a primary focus on processes, attribution methodologies, and tech integrations. 
  • Manage marketing and sales technology stacks, including Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 
  • Implement automation workflows using tools like Zapier to streamline operations and reduce manual work. 
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools to enhance functionality and efficiency across the tech stack. 

Marketing Operations 

  • Partner heavily with marketing and sales teams to optimize the customer journey and processes. 
  • Drive continuous improvement in lead lifecycle processes, including data enrichment, scoring, routing, and conversion rate optimization. 
  • Ensure data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and compliance best practices. 
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing automation strategies to support growth initiatives. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align objectives and ensure seamless communication. 
  • Lead cross-functional projects to support strategic initiatives, including new product launches and go-to-market strategies. 
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed at every stage of the process. 

Project & Stakeholder Management 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Align stakeholders, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of projects with flawless execution. 
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM with experience in campaign management, attribution, and reporting.  
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to make data-driven decisions (SQL knowledge is a plus). 
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms like Outreach, Zoominfo, Looker, and other MarTech tools. 
  • Proven experience with APIs, integrations, and automation tools such as Zapier. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. 
  • Solid understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and compliance best practices. 
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. 

 


Salary

For this role the estimated base salary range, depending on level of experience, is $100,000.00 - $115,000.00
