POSITION SUMMARY
The Revenue Services Specialist will interact with internal and external customers in relation to sales and rating. Participate in onboarding of new customers and being a liaison between operations and sales.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Daily reports for sales and companywide reporting
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Collecting accessorial charges by performing activities such as requesting money and adjusting bills.
- Ensuring charges are uploaded to customer websites and correct documentation is attached.
- Refer unresolved customer charges to designated departments for further investigation.
- Resolve customers' service or collecting accessorial charges by performing activities such as requesting money and adjusting bills.
- Upload rates and maintain customer tariffs and files
- Prepare onboarding documents and processes for operational and back-office departments
- Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; required
Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in data entry.
- Transportation and logistics experience; a plus
- AS400 experience; a plus
Computer Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows.
- Ability to learn and use proprietary software.
Essential Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel (knowledge of HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Advanced PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Transportation Industry.
- Organizational skills; attention to detail, multi-tasking, proofreading skills.
- Willingness to work in team environment.
- Problem solving and research.
