The Real Deal, a rapidly growing media company focused on real estate journalism and headquartered in New York City, is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in:
Fluency with technology used to manage and grow sales, such as CRM systems and lead generation platforms.
Energetic collaboration and clear communication.
Utilizing technology to improve performance.
Strategic thinking to support a team of experienced sales professionals and approach the market effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to build automated communications and processes that drive both B2B and B2C sales.
Lead generation through automated communications to scale discovery calls.
Partner with the Director of B2B Marketing to manage monthly newsletters, conference communications, and other large-scale email initiatives. This includes managing segmentation and ensuring email deliverability.
Take full ownership of the HubSpot CRM, building out and maintaining the open lead queue, and assigning leads to maximize sales efficiency.
Identify needs and proactively develop solutions to improve processes and tools, enabling business growth while reducing friction and manual tasks.
Manage and support overall HubSpot administration and system architecture.
Work with the Chief Sales Officer and Chief Commercial Officer to develop go-to-market strategies for new business, product launches, and category/vertical efforts.
Collaborate with research and data teams to pull lead lists and upload them into the CRM.
Work with marketing to analyze lead generation data and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals, contributing to revenue growth.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar RevOps role, with a background in sales and/or operations.
Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing.
Ability to work in-office at our NYC headquarters at least three days per week.
