The ROPS Report Developer is responsible for delivering, updating and maintaining business-critical reports and dashboards.

What Will You Do?

The Report Developer will work closely with other members of Team Excelsior to deliver accurate and insightful metrics and information to their partners in Revenue Operations. The Report Developer will work in a collaborative environment with developers and other teammates on Team Excelsior who will have different roles on the team.

Essential Functions:

• Report Production: Delivers on time and accurate reports and enhances and updates existing reports using tools such as SSIS, SQL Server, MS Excel, Tableau and other tools.
• Maintenance: Provides support, as required, to ensure the availability, accuracy, and performance of developed reports and dashboards.
• Reporting: Exhibits an advanced understanding of our technology platforms and information systems with an ability to run, troubleshoot, QA and deliver recurring reporting on a set schedule.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrates general revenue cycle knowledge with an ability to connect problems to revenue cycle impact.
• Administrative: Create and maintain documentation related but not limited to reporting, processes, training, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years related experience preferred.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Tableau, SQL Server, SSIS, Oracle, VBA, Informatica, Netezza

Salary/ Wage Range

$23.50 - $39.50 / hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
