The role

We’re looking for a sharp, systems-minded Revenue Operations Manager ready to step up and take ownership of the full RevOps function, spanning both our commercial and financial operating backbone.

This is a critical, high-impact role where you’ll design and implement the full quote-to-cash infrastructure: from CRM to ERP, from quoting and contracting to billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition. You’ll be the architect of how data, processes, and systems connect across our customer lifecycle — and a key partner to Finance, Sales, and Strategy.

You’ll be the point person for scaling and unifying our operations across Europe, the U.S., and LatAm — ensuring we operate as one integrated, global platform. You’ll also support post-merger system integrations as we continue our international M&A strategy.

This role starts hands-on – you’ll be executing with a CRM specialist reporting into you, and will grow into a leadership position as we scale. You’ll report directly to our CFO and CCO, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and our investor reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Pipedrive as our central CRM and commercial source of truth: deals, forecasts, MRR/ARR, dashboards
  • Design end-to-end workflows across our quote-to-cash stack: from lead → quote → contract → invoice → billing
  • Architect the systems infrastructure across CRM, ERP, contract storage, and invoicing
  • Build scalable data models: product catalogues, pricing engines, approval workflows, upsell/renewal motions
  • Lead commercial reporting: ARR, churn, LTV, forecast accuracy, and revenue health, for leadership and BoD
  • Support international M&A: lead RevOps system design, consolidation, and integration
  • Define and run a “deal desk” for complex enterprise opportunities
  • Develop global SOPs and playbooks for Sales, Renewals, Finance, and GTM
  • Grow the RevOps function, starting with a CRM specialist already reporting into you

Requirements

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • 3–5 years in SalesOps, RevOps, BizOps, or GTM Systems roles within B2B SaaS, tech or top tier consulting firms
  • Hands-on experience building or scaling commercial systems: CRM, quoting, ERP, billing, reporting
  • Strong technical intuition; you don’t need to code, but you should be fluent in systems thinking and automation
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, retention cohorts, forecast hygiene)
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Executive presence: able to present to senior leadership
  • Experience supporting M&A or cross-system integrations is a strong plus
  • Bonus: experience in metadata, media, or enterprise data platforms
