Your Role

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue processes by:

  • Developing and managing revenue operations strategies to align sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
  • Implementing revenue reporting of KPIs to drive optimization insights at every stage of the revenue funnel
  • Managing and maintaining data integrity within sales, marketing and Customer Success systems.
  • Sales: 
    • Analyzing sales performance data and providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
    • Enhancing sales processes and enablement through training programs, documentation, and best practices.
  • Marketing: 
    • Manage Media & Marketing agency relationship to manage workflow of projects and campaigns
    • Oversee Email marketing campaign development and drive roadmap of future automations and campaign development to to drive revenue
    • Manage weekly Paid Media performance reporting and collaborate with media agency on lead generation optimization strategy
    • Develop social content plans and manage agency on development timelines and execution
  • Customer Success: 
    • Connecting client revenue activities to inform Sales and Marketing campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • Operations Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing/Sales Operations, or a related role in a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Marketing Driven: Marketing experience at client or agency is required
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to align teams and drive efficiency across multiple departments.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong project management skills with a hands-on approach to tackling challenges.
  • Customer Success Alignment: Familiarity with customer success tools is a plus.
