Logik.io provides what we call a “Commerce Logic Engine”- a solution enabling businesses to sell their products and services more effectively through direct sales teams and digital commerce channels with more guided, flexible, and interactive selling experiences. We do this by providing a dedicated engine to govern the logic, rules, and recommendations that direct how products can and should be configured and sold, helping businesses drop the manual and custom-built solutions they normally use to augment their quoting and eCommerce tools.


We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team. In addition to the requirements below, the ideal candidate should be able to manage their time efficiently in order to handle multiple projects and strict deadlines with ease. Applicants must be motivated, able to work well under tight deadlines, take direction easily, and learn quickly in a creative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Sales and Marketing reporting & analytics for sales and marketing teams. This will include (but not limited to) Closed Sales, Forecasts, and Pipeline generation and health. Additional reporting as needed for Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, etc.
  • Manage a small team of administrators 
  • Ensure measures are in place to keep data as up to date and complete as possible. This includes integrations across systems, audit reports to identify when data is 'off', validation in systems to ensure users add the correct data
  • Manage various internal systems for CRM, CPQ, Sales engagement, eSignature, Conversation Intelligence. Must have past experience at organizations using Salesforce CRM.
  • Optimize and launch new sales and marketing operational processes and tool changes
  • Own the tracking, reporting, and management of sales performance metrics, manage the performance analysis / metrics of the sales organization using reports, dashboards and reporting tool

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business, sales or marketing
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales/ revenue operations 
  • Experience managing and optimizing sales process and sales tools
  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce CRM relational database systems.
  • Highly Organized, strategic thinker, tactical doer- someone who can think big, but isn’t afraid to dig in and do the work
  • Goal oriented- motivated by reaching objectives and helping the company grow
  • Creative and scrappy- willing to think outside the box to achieve goals and get stuff done
  • A great communicator and collaborator
