The Role

The Opportunity

Reporting to our Sales Operations Leader, as an individual contributor you will support our end-to-end sales process by analysing business performance, forecasting, and assisting with business planning and budgeting. This role will give you the opportunity to work with multiple teams and several key stakeholders across our growing business.   

  • Salesforce dashboards, reports, and KPI management.
  • Data audits & hygiene tasks.
  • Support our team with queries & issues across the commercial tech stack (service now tickets & slack channel support).
  • Creating and completing test scripts for CRM development projects.
  • Managing relationships and renewals with Vendors.
  • Supporting our purchase order and other finance related processes.
  • Drive process improvements in our sales administration and operational activities.  
  • Build strong relationship with teams and key stakeholders across the business (e.g., finance and commercial functions). 

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting sales or client team.  
  • 5+ years’ experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM. 
  • Experience with CRM migrations is a plus.
  • Experience working with most or all the following: Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Seismic, Monday.com, Looker & Google Analytics.
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint). 
  • Proven data analysis and market research experience. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 
  • An interest in sales with a disciplined and structured approach.
  • An understanding of key e-commerce & website metrics is desirable.
