We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Revenue Operations Leader to establish and drive our RevOps data and reporting center of excellence. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in revenue operations, data management, and sales process discipline. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging technology, particularly AI, to transform RevOps, enhance sales insights, and accelerate bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven Revenue Operations Expertise: Manage pipeline operations, forecasting, reporting, and sales process discipline to ensure optimal performance of the sales organization.
Data Expertise: Utilize large data sets to drive insights and make data-driven decisions. Create comprehensive reports, including board-level reporting, using Excel and PowerPoint.
AI Integration: Develop and implement strategies to leverage AI technologies that redefine revenue operations, automate workflows, improve sales insights, and enhance efficiency within the sales team.
Sales Tech Stack Familiarity: Maintain deep familiarity with the modern sales technology stack, including Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Highspot, and Claude Code, to optimize sales processes and reporting.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing RevOps team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and collaboration across functions.
Operational Discipline: Build and uphold strong operating discipline across the organization, enhancing data quality, funnel visibility, forecasting accuracy, and agility within the sales organization.
Proven experience in Revenue Operations, with a focus on pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
Strong data management skills, with extensive experience in Excel and building presentations in PowerPoint.
A forward-thinking perspective on AI technologies and their impact on RevOps and sales processes.
Deep knowledge of the sales tech stack, with hands-on experience in Salesforce and familiarity with Clari, Gong, Highspot, and Claude Code.
Demonstrated experience in leading teams and driving operational improvements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
